Lighting is a Welsh Corgi, Thunderbolt's sidekick on the Thunderbolt Adventure Hour, the favorite show of Patch and the rest of the 101 Dalmatians in 101 Dalmatians II: Patch's London Adventure. Lighting has a devious underside, and he attempts to knock Thunderbolt out of the way and try to take over his spot on the show, although it backfires on the small dog.
