The Mad Hatter of Disney's Alice in Wonderland is always having a garden tea party with his friend, the March Hare. True to his name, he does indeed seem a bit crazy and mad, and he manages to confuse Alice quite a bit during their meeting. He also loves throwing "UnBirthday Parties".
