Wally Beatles from Codename: Kids Next Door is a rash, impulsive and overzealous boy who has specialities in two things. One is fighting, and the other is slapstick. Under all that he’s a sweet, caring, soft kid who is enormously in love (OOOH!) with Kuki Sanban.
