Numbuh 362, or Rachel McKenzie, is the Supreme Leader of the Kids Next Door organization in Codename: Kids Next Door. Although she sometimes becomes frustrated with all the work her position entails, she knows that it's the job she was meant to take and she is very good at it.

I have to keep ka-leventy hundred kids with short attention spans organized...
I just... don't want to do it anymore, Nigel. So I called it a game of tag. Whoever's
it at noon, leading the Kids Next Door will be their problem!"

Numbuh 1: "Shouldn't you be at your treehouse, Numbuh 362?"
Numbuh 362: "No, I don't think I can show my face around the Kids Next Door
anymore. I really screwed up. I'm a terrible leader."
Numbuh 1: "You were a great leader! But I don't think your successor intends
to be."
"Oh, ground! I missed you so much!"
Numbuh 86: (referring to Numbuh 1) "Now that idiot's heading for..."
Numbuh 362: "...my Moon Base!"
"Nigel Uno, I have one thing to say to you. Are you out of your mind?!"
"You're a brave kid, Nigel, but you only saved us by being reckless and
lucky. Luck is like ice cream. It can't last forever. I was going to offer you
the position of Global Tactical Officer, but I won't take a chance on a boy who
flies off the handle before he listens."
Numbuh 362: "Hey Nigel, nice suit!"
Numbuh 1: "Numbuh 362, sir!"
Numbuh 362: "Oh, lay off the formalities, Nigel. Care to join me for a meatball
sandwich?"
Numbuh 1: "Uh, I'd love to, but I kind of gotta be somewhere."
Numbuh 362: (jokingly) "Don't make me give you a direct order!"
Numbuh 362: "We've got to stop Numbuh 65.3 from getting on a flight!"
Numbuh 1: "I'm sorry. I have to help Lizzie!"
Numbuh 362: "Numbuh 1, I am giving you a direct order, so you had better
get your priorities straight!"
Numbuh 1: "I am!"
Numbuh 362: "Hey, you know, it's still meatball sandwich day on the Moon
Base. Wanna grab some dinner?"
Numbuh 1: "Thanks Rachel, but I think I'll pass this time."
Numbuh 362: "I understand. You know where I am if you want to talk. See
you around, soldier."
